Early hybrid. Vegetation period is 120–130 days from planting the seedlings. The stem can reach 100–110 cm. For the buttons to grow quicker, break the tip of the stem when the button’s formation starts. Plants are resistant to frost and tolerate the temperature of -8 – -10 °C. They need a lot of light, and if planted too densely, yield poor harvest. Used boiled, steamed, can be marinated, pickled, frozen. Acquire the typical taste only after freezing the button sprouts.
